New builds, extensions, attic loft conversions, or refurbishments and renovations in the domestic and commercial sectors, but with a difference.

What do we do?

We assess every project, whether large or small and work with our clients to deliver the most cost efficient build;

1. Architectural Services, preparation of drawings and liason with Local Autority for planning and building control approval.
   
2. Estimating Service, don't spend 10's x £1000.00s', before you get a detailed costing for your project. Appoint your builder/contractor from a position of strength, knowing what it should cost.
   
   
3. Projects completed from design to finish. TURN KEY BUILD.
   
   
4. Using your or one of our vetted contractors the project is project managed by us using the appointed contractor. PROJECT MANAGED BUILD.
   
   
5. Client buys all materials and labour at trade through Build Express (SIPs). The project is managed and controlled by Build Express. Results in savings on the project, the client knows all the costs. CLIENT COST BUILD - (Self Build)

We appoint reliable contractors and tradesmen, on your behalf, ensure financial controls are in place, organise the scheduling of materials and work times. Our clients find it beneficial to employ our services to ensure a smooth process from concept to delivery.

Our key services:

• Preparation of architectural drawings, plans and schedules. The appointment of an Architect, Structural Engineer, Architectural Technician, if required.
• Liaising with Planning and Building Control Depts together with other regulatory bodies ensuring a smooth process throughout the concept stages of your project.
• Feasibility studies for your project giving consideration to financial, legal, environmental and logistical aspects of the project. We are specialise in construction of Eco-Friendly homes utilising Structural Insulated Panels.
• From pre-construction we engage the client in defining and documenting planning and project phasing, budgeting and conceptual costing, the most appropriate delivery methods, scheduling of building priorities, as well determining where and how to procure special materials, equipment and/or additional labour resources, which may be needed for the project
• A competitive estimate/quotation for all necessary works. Plus three independent estimates/quotations
• An assigned Surveyor working on your behalf.
• Delivery of your project with a single point of contact.
• Setting up of trade accounts.
• Appointment of a relaiable contractor.
• Ensure the best possible combination of workmanship and value for money by using bona fide contractors and competitive tendering methods.
• Manage the payment structure of your project and ensure payments are not made until works have been completed to the relevant specifications.
• We only award work to fully insured, VAT registered companies or companies registered with us, who employ time served tradesmen.
• We are able to identify areas of risk and help to minimise their effects.
• Contract preparation and review.
• Administration of contracts and subcontracts.
• Produce cost control analysis to monitor financial trends and potential risk areas.
• Regular meetings to discuss financial needs and the project progress.
• When construction has been completed, we will assess the work done, ensure that no part of the building project is defective and review operations maintenance procedures for any special equipment that has been installed as part of the facilities management process.
